Private 6 day immersive training experience with sound healer Tess Palma-Martinez, in the jungle of Nosara, Costa Rica. With sound healing becoming more popular it is important to connect even more deeply with what it truly means to be a healer. In this 24 hour certification training you will be surrounded by nature and immersed in learning the power of frequency through sound. You will connect with and embody your inner healer! The Science of Sound Healing: how different frequencies interact with the body and can create radical health improvements
Music theory, musical scales, and harmonization: understand how music works in order to create optimal soundscapes
Holding space: learn how to anchor energy as the facilitator while being trauma informed
Experience various instruments used in Sound Healing and how to play them. *A minimum of 3 singing bowls are required
The Chakra system: how each note interacts, supports and encourages vitality
Meditation practices to access the subconscious
Conduct private/group/corporate sessions of various sizes
Craft your unique style as a Sound Healer
Work with supporting modalities and tools to enhance your practice: restorative yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, astrology, divination tools

Tess Palma-Martinez is a sound healer, manifestation expert, and founder of Completely Golden, based in Nosara, Costa Rica. Tess’ Medicinal Sound Healing is a method she developed which combines hypno-meditation and somatic body practices with deeply nourishing sound healing frequencies. She uses Crystal Tones singing bowls, which are the highest grade instruments, offering a pure harmonic frequency for incredible effects on the body, mind and spirit. She started her journey as a sound healer after a miraculous healing from PCOS and Endometriosis through the frequencies of sound! Tess has facilitated sound baths for Converse, Sony Picture Studios, Surya Spa, private sessions with many A-List Celebrities, and more.

FAQs + Requirements:
No previous sound healing experience needed! Whether you are new to the world of alternative healing, or looking to incorporate new modalities in your work, all are welcome. This training can be for personal growth and exploration, or to expand your offerings as a healer.
Completion of a 3 week Find Your Frequency Mentorship is the only prerequisite. Holding frequencies requires a lot of personal clearing of shadow, trauma, limiting beliefs, and more. After mentorship is complete, Tess reserves the right to approve or deny moving forward with this Sound Healing training.
A minimum of 3 singing bowls are required for this training. They can be your choice of crystal bowls. Please ask for any help in choosing the right bowls for you. Tess can help you find Crystal Tones bowls, or a more affordable Training Set. If you are bringing the minimum 3 bowls, please bring bowls that skip at least one note between (ex: ACE, BDF, CEG, DFA, EGB, FAC, or GBD). Flying with your singing bowls is very easy! You simply take them as your personal item on the plane and store them in the overheard compartment. I have flown many times, internationally, with sets of Crystal Tones bowls and none have ever broken!
Cancellations are non-refundable. If you must cancel, your payments can be used as credit for a future training or retreat date within 12 months, as long as you provide notice at least 60 days in advance. After 60 days will not qualify for a credit. If the training is cancelled on behalf of the host, you will receive a full refund of the cost of your training. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs/losses incurred if you are traveling (airfare, travel insurance, etc).
What is not included? Personal singing bowls. Your stay and accommodations in Nosara, Costa Rica. Any travel expenses, including flights, shuttles, or local rides. Meals during training hours.
