Tess will guide you through a meditative soundbath, utilizing Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, cosmic plate gong, and variety of chimes for maximum relaxation and release. Sound healing is on the rise for the nervous system benefits and are helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, auto-immune issues, chronic pain, and more!
Singing Bowls activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which is vital for ongoing health and vitality. Tuned to the natural vibrations in our body, while syncing the left and right sides of the brain, you will experience increased creativity, focus and memory, and reduced stress and anxiety.
Sound healing is a meditative experience that utilizes sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will experience calming sounds that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. Soundbaths can help release energetic blockages and enhance a sense of calm. It is a non-invasive and gentle practice that can be beneficial for people of all ages. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other healing modalities.
Tess’ style is a method she created, called Medicinal Sound Healing. She is trained in hypno-meditation and combines somatic body practices with deeply nourishing sound healing frequencies. She uses Crystal Tones singing bowls, which are the highest grade, offering a pure harmonic frequency for incredible effects on the body, mind and spirit.
Alchemy Crystal Tones singing bowls are made from pure quartz crystal, previous metals, gemstones, and minerals. Each bowl is tuned to activate a specific chakra (energy center) that is connected with the intention of the bowl. By receiving the frequency of the bowls, your body will seek to find harmony with your intention, aiding in your process of manifestation and healing.
Types of Sound Healing Sessions:
Private Soundbath: Individual or small group soundbaths in the comfort of your own home, or desired location. You will enjoy a soundbath of your choice (Medicinal, Manifestation, Sonic, or Restorative - See below for more details on each) with intention setting and breathing practices.
Virtual Soundbath: All the benefits of a soundbath, streamed through your headphones. This is a pre-recorded session, personalized, just for you! Choose the length of time from the options below. We will schedule a 15 minute intake call so I can personalize your soundbath for the opening meditation, and intention. You will receive the audio file of this session for continued enjoyment and healing.
Event: Perfect for a Birthday Party, Bachelorette, Women’s Circle, Fundraiser, or Retreat. You will enjoy a soundbath of your choice (Medicinal, Manifestation, Sonic, or Restorative - See below for more details on each), at your specified location.
Corporate Wellness: Ideal for large groups and corporate team building. Tess will provide a soundbath, on-site or virtually, as well as an introduction discussion to Sound Healing.
Styles of Soundbath:
Medicinal Soundbath: Tess’ original method of sound healing. Utilizing the power of Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls and Chakra Centers, Tess will provide individual attention throughout the soundbath. Playing each singing bowl over your corresponding Chakra. You will feel a deep sense of calm, release and energetic balance. This style is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, allowing you to enter into a deeper subconscious state.
Manifestation Soundbath: Introduction to manifestation followed by a sonic soundbath. Connect with your deepest desires, your authenticity and Highest Self in order to call in your manifestations. This combination of manifestation and sound will aid in the release of emotional blocks, while cultivating a deeper understanding of who you are.
Sonic Soundbath: Enjoy a variety of instruments to relax your body and enliven your senses. Tess will play an assortment of instruments including Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, cosmic plate gong, and various chimes. This sonic soundbath will bring peace, clarity and bliss.
Rates:
In-Person: $150, for up to 3 people. Additional $50 per person. 60 minutes.
Corporate and NDA required rates are available upon request.
* Nutrition 101 + 102 level workshops, Restorative Yoga and Manifestation workshops are also available for Corporate Wellness and private events.
Location:
Private soundbaths conducted at your home/vacation rental or preferred location within Nosara, Costa Rica. Beach/nature locations are also available within Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica. Travel is not available for single soundbath sessions. If you are interested in a full day or multiple day experience for your retreat, ceremony or event please notate in your inquiry.
